How do I restore my Premium after reinstalling or on a new device?
Open the app, go to the Premium / Store screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. Your Premium also follows your Hanguljo account, so signing in restores it automatically.
Does one Premium work across your other apps?
Yes. A single Premium plan unlocks Hanguljo, Hanzijo and Kanjijo for the same signed-in account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Is my progress synced across devices?
Yes. When you're signed in, your lessons, SRS review data, streak and favorites sync securely to the cloud and follow you to any device.
The conversation audio or shadowing isn't working.
Make sure your device isn't on silent mode and that you've granted microphone permission for shadowing. If audio is missing, try reopening the lesson so the latest content can download.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from the app settings, or via our account deletion page. All personal data and progress are permanently removed within 30 days.
