In the app (recommended)
- Open Hanguljo and go to the Account screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all learning data are permanently removed.
By email
If you can't access the app, email support@hanguljo.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Learning progress, SRS review data, streak and favorites
- Any personal information associated with your account
Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days. Note that active subscriptions are managed by your app store — cancel them separately in your store account settings to stop future billing.
