End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Hanguljo and governs your use of the Hanguljo application (the “Application”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Application on any Apple- or Android-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to use the Application on a device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, copy (except as expressly permitted), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the app store and governed by its terms. A single premium purchase unlocks premium features across Hanguljo, Hanzijo and Kanjijo for the same signed-in account. See our Terms of Service for billing details.

4. Consent to Use of Data

We may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate software updates, product support and other services. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content, including its design, text, audio, graphics and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Application.

7. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall we be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

9. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you obtained the Application from the Apple App Store, this Agreement is between you and Hanguljo only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

10. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
